Master's Level Clinician
Zeina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy from William James College. She also holds two additional Master’s degrees in Anthropology and Rural Development, reflecting her deep commitment to understanding cultural context, social dynamics, and their connection to mental health. Her diverse academic background enriches her work with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences.
Zeina’s therapeutic approach is relational, systemic, and collaborative, grounded in a trauma-informed lens. She draws from multiple models to meet her clients’ needs and holds certifications in Buddhist Psychotherapy and Narrative Therapy, with current training in Clinical Hypnosis. Her strengths lie in her curiosity, cultural awareness, and dedication to self-discovery. Zeina deeply respects the courage it takes to grow and feels honored to walk alongside her clients in their journeys. She grew up between Lebanon and Washington, D.C., and has worked across the Middle East, Central, and Southeast Asia. Now in her third year living in Massachusetts, she resides with her teenage son.
