Heal As You Grow, a Therapist-owned group practice, is seeking full-time licensed therapists 

(or license-eligible) to join our group practice. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic

and supportive environment,

providing essential mental health services to our community.

Requirements:

• Current State of Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT - or - license-eligible

• Willingness to see 25 Sessions per week (full time)

• At least 1 year of experience facilitating individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions

• Being paneled with BCBS, Optum, and Tufts is a plus
