CLINICAL INTERN
Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in French from Skidmore College and previously worked as a certified personal trainer and health coach. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College.
Before entering the counseling field, Alexis spent several years helping clients navigate behavior change, body image concerns, and their relationship with food. This experience continues to shape her work as a counselor, where she takes a compassionate, collaborative approach focused on helping clients build self-trust, clarify their values, and create meaningful change. Alexis is particularly interested in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel empowered to move toward the life they want to live.
