Master's Level Clinician

Brenna earned her Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has experience working in college counseling alongside individuals navigating life transitions and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. She also has experience in advocacy and research roles supporting LGBTQIA+ populations.

Brenna strives to cultivate a therapeutic space rooted in empathy, warmth, and humor, where clients feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves. Through a humanistic, affirming, and collaborative approach, she centers treatment around each client’s lived experiences and expertise in their own life. Brenna believes our experiences are shaped both by the stories we carry and the contexts in which they were written. In therapy, she works as a co-navigator, helping clients explore, process, and re-author these stories in ways that feel meaningful and aligned with who they are.
