Master's Level Clinician

Courtney's approach is grounded in client-centered and attachment-focused work, helping couples and individuals better understand their emotions, relationships, and the ways they connect with themselves and others. Courtney serves as a guide, helping clients slow down and create space to experience emotions in real time rather than simply talking about them. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, along with mindfulness and body-centered (somatic) practices, her approach centers on untangling patterns that keep people feeling stuck and supporting more authentic alignment with what matters most to them.
