Master's Level Clinician

Ellen received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Boston and holds a Master’s Degree in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling from Bridgewater State University. She has experience working in inpatient psychiatric settings, mental health case management, as well as Child Protective Services. Grounded in person-centered and solution-focused techniques, Ellen believes in the power of unconditional positive regard and works to ensure clients feel truly seen and heard. 

Ellen is passionate about working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and working through trauma. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel grounded, heard, and understood. Ellen enjoys incorporating creative art interventions as well as holistic and mindfulness techniques. In her spare time, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Georgia, whom she is training in hopes of becoming a therapy dog.
