CLINICAL INTERN

As a systems therapist in training, Nury looks beyond the symptoms in her approach to therapy. She believes that every relationship, family experience, culture, and life transition becomes part of the story we carry. Known for her ability to recognize meaningful patterns, Nury gently helps clients make sense of their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships so they can move toward the lives and connections they desire. Nury treats the therapy room as a sacred space, a place where individuals, couples, and families can show up exactly as they are and begin reconnecting with the parts of themselves and one another that may have become hidden, forgotten, or lost along the way.

A proud Latina born and raised in Los Angeles, Nury earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Sexuality and Gender from California State University, Los Angeles, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University. Clients often appreciate her warmth, curiosity, and ability to help them feel deeply seen while also gently challenging them toward growth. Her hope is that every one of her clients leaves feeling more connected to themselves, to the people they love, and to a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fully alive.
