Master's Level Clinician

Vianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Education in the Mental Health Counseling program from Bridgewater State University. She has experience working in outpatient therapy, structured day treatment programs, and crisis settings, including hotline support. In her work, she has supported individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship and interpersonal challenges, homelessness, life transitions, and self-esteem.


Vianna’s approach to therapy is rooted in existential and person-centered principles. She enjoys helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves, explore what feels meaningful in their lives, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. Vianna’s style is warm, genuine, and grounded in authenticity, and she values the role that humor, environment, and a strong therapeutic relationship can play in supporting growth. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered in their journey.
